All Sales Are Final
All purchases across our apps are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
For apps purchased through the Apple App Store, all payments are handled by Apple, and any refund request is subject to Apple's own policies. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Try Before You Buy
Most of our apps include a free tier with core functionality, designed to give you a thorough understanding of how the app works and what it offers before you decide to pay for anything. Where a subscription is offered, it includes a free trial. We encourage you to take full advantage of the free tier or trial before upgrading.
How Pricing Works
Most of our apps offer a one-time Pro upgrade. You pay once and keep access to those Pro features, with no recurring charges. Each app clearly lists what is included before you buy.
Some apps, such as Spilled, are offered as a subscription billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions include a free trial period where offered, and you can cancel at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple account. Cancelling stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the current period. Apple does not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
A few apps, such as Pool Clarity, are completely free.
