Welcome to Apps That Help. By accessing or using any of our applications or websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Apps That Help, a brand of Decal Venue, Inc., builds a collection of focused apps across iPhone and the web. These include Spilled (spilled.app), Baseball Scorebook (baseballscorebook.app), Pool Clarity (poolclarity.app), Mokkup (mokkup.app), CutContour (cutcontour.app), Promptular (promptular.app), and HOA Newsletter Generator (hoanewsletter.app). Most apps offer a free tier with core functionality and an optional upgrade for additional features. Specific features, platforms, and pricing vary by app and are described on each app's own listing or website.

Accounts

Some of our apps let you create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. We do not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing varies by app. Many apps offer a one-time Pro upgrade with no recurring charge. Some apps, such as Spilled, are offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Some apps, such as Pool Clarity, are free. All prices are shown in USD before you buy.

Purchases and subscriptions made inside our iPhone apps are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple account. Purchases made on our websites are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. For purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using our apps to distribute harmful content, interfering with other users, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within our apps is owned by Decal Venue, Inc. You retain ownership of any content you create using our apps, such as journal entries, scorecards, newsletters, mockups, cut files, and prompts. You may export and use your content however you choose.

Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific app in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
